Mercer's Cafe is an all-you-can-eat cafeteria-style restaurant that serves fresh dough pizza (whole or in slices), salads, sandwiches, desserts, bottled and fountain drinks, sweets, hamburgers, and hot dogs. On Saturdays and Sundays, Mercer's also serves comfort cuisine and handcrafted specials. Renowned restaurateur Jean-Georges Vongerichten, who owns over a dozen restaurants in New York City, is the owner of the on-site restaurant at the trendy Mercer Hotel. With its world-class ambiance and fine dining, The Mercer is one of the city's most sought-after hotels. Over the years, it has endured both favourable and unfavourable New York Times evaluations. Apart from Mercer's Cafe, there are several dining alternatives available at the hotel, such as Francar's Buffalo Wings, Z Beans Coffee, and Margaritas Mexican Grille. Ed & Mully's, situated slopeside in Whitefish Mountain Resort, is the spot to be after a thrilling skiing day. The bar offers a large assortment of beverages, such as beer, wine, coffee, and cocktails. A delectable menu featuring comfort cuisine favourites like Portebella sandwiches and bacon-bison-pork-beef meatloaf is also available. In addition, the facility has a lounge with couches and pool tables, which is ideal for unwinding with friends or coworkers following a day of skiing. Honouring the original founders of Whitefish Mountain Resort, including Ed Schenck, Toni Matt, and Lloyd "Mully" Muldown, is a top concern for the resort's new owners. Once you arrive at dinner and take a ride on the Roundhouse Express gondola, you can have cocktails from the outdoor ice bar while watching the sun set over the Pioneer Mountains. For those on a tighter budget, Piste is a laid-back restaurant that serves only lunch and has a substantial menu of comfort food favourites. Warm cheddar biscuits, grilled turkey, and skirt steak salad are always a good choice. If you'd like to sip something, their specialty drinks are highly recommended.
